Returns Policy

There is a 30 day Return Policy with the exception of damaged items in which 7 days notice is required. RMA number must be issued before returning item along with instructions for the return. Items that are damaged or have a manufacture defect will be refunded within 24 hours of receiving the package back.

  • New Items
    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a 15% Restocking fee. Return Shipping is not covered.


  • Opened Items

You may return opened items(except where otherwise listed) within 30 days of invoice  The product, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be included, along with all manufacturer’s packaging.  Opened items are assessed a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is not covered.


  • Damaged Items

If the item is received damaged we require notification within 7 days of delivery. This is required for the claims process. Any damage items reported after the 7 days may be denied. We cover the return shipping and a full Refund including the original Shipping will be processed. Any returned order missing Parts may be assessed a higher restocking fee or denied.


Due to the fragile nature of the product,TVs and Displays larger than 30 inches must be carefully inspected for any damage to the package. Any compromise to the package must be noted on the delivery receipt prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied.

 All items received via Freight must be inspected upon receipt for damage. All damage must be documented with carrier before signing for item. Any concealed damage must be reported within 3 days. Any variation from this procedure may result in a denied claim.

  • Incorrect Item

If the incorrect item is received, please let us know as soon as possible. We will get the new item out to you and send a shipping label for return of the incorrect item.


  • Refurbished Items

All Refurbished Items come with a Manufacturer Warranty. Only sealed refurbished items may be returned. Once a refurbished item is opened it cannot be returned. You must contact the manufacturer for Warranty Options.

 Refurbished computers and laptops can not be returned except for instances of carrier damage for all other issues please contact manufacturer



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We will respond with a Return address and the RMA#

The RA#, along with the Return Label, must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package, which should be double boxed or sent in a shipping box. The product, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be included, along with all manufacturer’s packaging.  The RMA number is only active for 30 days, so please get us the return as soon as you can. Please keep record of the tracking number on the return. If there is any question as to where the return is, the tracking number may be used to issue a credit.
